Description
Prayer is a natural tendency, an instinct, a potential in all of us. We all have a capacity for prayer written into our being. Yet many struggle with prayer. They may only pray in emergencies, or may not even pray at all.
This book looks at why prayer is important. It provides guidelines for how to pray, and how we can move beyond our struggles and intellectual difficulties. It seeks to make praying more meaningful for ordinary people. It also examines some of the deeper theological and philosophical debates that have surrounded prayer. It looks at miracles, and how God answers prayer, and points the way toward some helpful answers to our questions.
